About the position

The Sr. Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle for inkjet digital print solutions, driving business growth and managing the implementation of products in the North American market. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and requires a blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate product launches including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
  • Define the value proposition for each solution and work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance vs. budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain training content for the sales team and dealer channel.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance regarding expectations and policies.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree
  • Minimum of 10 years in Product Management, Business Development, or similar roles preferably in the Graphic Arts Industry
  • Knowledge of Graphics key segments - Commercial, Sign & Display, Labels, and Packaging
  • Experience managing & leading a team
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of conducting effective customer/user interviews
  • Ability to build revenue, pricing, and product adoption models
  • Effective meeting planning and facilitation
  • Strong operational & project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30-40%
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Inspire Planner)
  • Knowledge of Showpad
