About the position

Fox Nation is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of its streaming platform. This role is essential for driving product strategy, managing the roadmap, and ensuring a top-tier streaming experience for users. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data insights to enhance user engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Fox Nation's business objectives.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements that drive meaningful results.
• Lead collaboration between design, engineering, marketing, content, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Utilize data insights, user feedback, and market trends to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of new features, from ideation through to launch, iteration, and performance analysis.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the platform, ensuring optimal playback quality and seamless navigation.
• Define key performance metrics (KPIs) and use data to assess the performance of features and product initiatives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings in the streaming space, driving innovation.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, particularly with streaming platforms or digital media.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of streaming platforms, including video delivery and user experience design.
• Data-driven approach with experience leveraging analytics and user insights for product decisions.
• Passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences that resonate with users.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working in media, entertainment, streaming, or news-related products.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
