About the position

As a Sr Product Manager - Personal Loans at BECU, you will be responsible for defining and driving the vision and strategy for the Consumer Personal Loans product. This role is crucial in crafting roadmaps that align with business goals while enhancing the member experience. You will engage with members to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions that foster innovation within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Consumer Personal Loans product.
• Make informed decisions that reflect complex product requirements and overall business strategy.
• Engage with members' feedback and integrate their voices into product design and decision-making.
• Oversee the entire product process from research to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
• Assess insights and lessons learned over time, adjusting the vision and roadmap as necessary.
• Manage release goals and priorities across multiple products, keeping the team focused and aligned.
• Define and track key product metrics, including NPS and financial projections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in financial services or personal loans.
• Strong analytical skills to assess product performance and member feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members and stakeholders.

• Experience with agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
