About the position

The Senior Product Manager, SEO at AXS is responsible for leading the development and execution of the company's SEO product strategy and roadmap. This role is critical for driving digital growth and enhancing AXS's online presence through strategic SEO initiatives. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and create new components that drive Non-Brand SEO traffic, ensuring successful execution of SEO initiatives from ideation to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the SEO product strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements.
  • Coordinate with design and development teams to deliver SEO features.
  • Serve as the SEO subject matter expert, providing guidance and detailed specifications.
  • Ensure successful execution of SEO initiatives, delivering measurable results.
  • Identify and mitigate SEO product issues to increase overall site quality and health.
  • Assist in planning and executing complex initiatives like site migrations and replatforming.
  • Spec out landing page experiences to drive improvements in quality and relevance.
  • Analyze and interpret traffic data to identify trends and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years' experience in product management, focusing on SEO, marketing analytics, data management, and machine learning.
  • 4-6 years' SEO, data, marketing channels or martech-related product management experience.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a complex global technology company preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush.
  • Ability to harness quantitative & qualitative data to address buyer problems and experience running consumer-facing A/B tests.
  • Experience with SEO-specific quantitative testing, such as SEO split testing.
  • Experience defining consumer product roadmaps from inception to launch.
  • Proficient in SQL/BigQuery.
  • Large-scale marketplace SEO experience (5-500+ million URLs) is highly preferred.
