We're shifting into a new gear and the business is looking for an experienced Upstream Marketer to shape the next phase of our Surgical Therapies journey. Today, we have the broadest and most comprehensive portfolio of Cardiac Surgery products, across multiple therapies, to serve the evolving needs of our customers and patients. We want to build out these existing portfolios for the future while also building further differentiation in our commercialized products. Your role will be to lead the Upstream Marketing activities for the Surgical Therapies Portfolio to enable short-term and long-term sustainable growth. You will lead cross-functional stakeholders to drive therapy and portfolio strategies and determine the product development and portfolio investment/allocation decisions across the Surgical Therapies Portfolio. This individual needs to be a strategic thinker, analytical, deliberate executer, close collaborator, and a committed team player, focused on patient and clinical unmet needs.
