About the position

As a Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Amazon Flex, you will be responsible for creating the product strategy and roadmap aimed at enhancing user engagement while balancing various business constraints. This cross-functional role requires collaboration with multiple teams including engineering, design, marketing, and finance to develop scalable features that cater to both global and local markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record of end-to-end product ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Distill the vision and strategy for the team, generating enthusiasm across cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Drive innovation, research, design, and planning of entirely new products and features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish annual KPI goals and success metrics.
• Collect data and research insights to inform product direction.
• Clearly communicate plans, metrics, and insights to diverse stakeholders, including leadership and business partners.
• Generate and validate product ideas through continuous experimentation.
• Lead prioritization and trade-off discussions with rich data and technical understanding.
• Continuously iterate on new features and enhancements that drive success metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
