About the position

The Senior Product Manager-Tech for Amazon Global is responsible for leading the development and execution of product and technology strategies to enhance the Global Store customer experience. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify international challenges, innovate solutions, and drive business initiatives that contribute to Amazon's global expansion strategy. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Identifying international challenges for all aspects of Amazon's business
• Lead and own the product and tech roadmap to improve the Global Store CX
• Partner with Tech teams in design and solutions
• Think big and invent new ways to improve Global Store CX
• Contributing to Amazon's bottom line
• Working with stakeholders partners to provide compliant solutions
• Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support
• Driving results by exercising judgment using available information
• Work with cross functional product and tech teams to define and prioritize product roadmap
• Innovate and build tech solutions to address scaling objectives
• Own and drive launching new business initiatives for Global Store
• Lead and manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery of business initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
