About the position

The Sr. Product Manager - Tech at Amazon Pharmacy is responsible for defining the vision and requirements for supply chain technology systems, particularly focusing on building Inventory Planning Control systems. This role aims to enhance customer experience by simplifying access to medications and ensuring efficient delivery. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders across operations, business, and technology to implement innovative solutions that align with Amazon's mission of being the world's safest and fastest online pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and requirements for supply chain technology systems.
• Collaborate with Amazon Pharmacy operations, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Lead and influence internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment.
• Drive roadmap strategy and definition for product features.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery and advocate for critical customers during prioritization and planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
