About the position

The Principal Product Manager - Tech will play a crucial role in defining the vision and requirements for the company's supply chain technology systems. This position focuses on building Inventory Planning Control systems from the ground up, which is essential for the supply chain technology. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including Amazon Pharmacy operations and technology teams, to enhance customer engagement with services and products that promote health.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and requirements for supply chain technology systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement the vision of Inventory Planning Control systems.
• Lead and influence internal and external teams in an ambiguous environment.
• Drive roadmap strategy and definition for product features.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery and advocate for critical customers and stakeholders during planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
