About the position

As a Senior Product Manager - Tech at Amazon, you will lead the development of innovative compliance solutions utilizing advanced machine learning and generative AI technologies. Your role will involve driving product strategy, managing customer needs, and collaborating with technology partners to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency across Amazon's ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining product vision, executing product planning, and leading product launches while mentoring a team of technical product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, including customer and market feedback, competitive analysis, and business metrics.
• Define the product vision, including future roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation.
• Execute product planning and development, ensuring alignment with product goals and requirements.
• Lead product launch efforts, including Go To Market plans to meet customer and business goals.
• Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement and business growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team to make tradeoffs based on customer requirements and oversee QA/testing of the product.
• Mentor and lead technical product managers.
• Influence senior leadership across Amazon and communicate vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
