About the position

The Sr. Product Manager for Tech in Enterprise Engineering at Amazon will lead the development of AI-powered productivity solutions. This role focuses on creating intelligent AI assistants that enhance efficiency and productivity for users. The manager will shape product strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet user needs and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the productivity AI landscape, user needs, and market trends, and translate these insights into compelling product visions and strategies.
• Drive the ideation, prioritization, and execution of AI-powered productivity features and products, balancing user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Collaborate with Data scientists and machine learning teams to identify and prioritize AI capabilities that can be leveraged to solve real-world productivity challenges.
• Define and communicate product requirements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Conduct user research, data analysis, and experimentation to validate product hypotheses, measure success, and continuously improve the user experience.
• Foster cross-functional alignment and prioritization across multiple stakeholders, including product, engineering, design, and business teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
