About the position

The Sr. Product Manager - Tech for WW Prime at Amazon is responsible for re-imagining and architecting next-generation benefits for Prime members globally. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and planning for better outcomes, while establishing a long-term vision and strategy for critical growth areas of the global business. The Product Manager will collaborate with tech leaders and software engineers to develop innovative features that enhance the value of Prime, and will influence various teams to bring their vision to life.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact product launches for 3P benefit worldwide
• Drive product enhancements to existing customer experiences and reduce touch needed from working teams to launch
• Develop inspiring product visions that increase the value of Prime through 3P benefits
• Define prioritization criteria and measurement frameworks for 3P benefits launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice-to-haves

• Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
• Experience in an operational environment developing, fast-prototyping, piloting and launching analytic products
• 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience
