About the position

The Sr. Product Manager - Technical for AFT Safety & Compliance at Amazon is responsible for leading the product vision and strategy for systems that enhance safety and compliance across Amazon's fulfillment network. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define product roadmaps, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the successful delivery of critical safety products that impact millions of associates and customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for safety and compliance products.
• Collaborate with customers, product managers, stakeholders, and engineering leaders to develop product strategies.
• Deliver detailed business requirements that align with the team's vision.
• Build product roadmaps and manage the day-to-day product development schedule from design to release.
• Perform deep analytics on user-facing experiences to measure success and impact.
• Monitor execution and provide project progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality and integrity of the project throughout its lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
