Sr. Product Manager - Technical, Alexa Audio

Responsibilities

• Build Audio-related features on Alexa, acting as an agent to get things done for customers.
• Own a charter focusing on new content creation and enablement, looking at both current state needs and future state opportunities.
• Drive product creation across multiple audio media types, international locales, and devices.
• Work closely with engineering, science, design, business intelligence, operations, finance and executive teams to bring features to market.
• Analyze service and business metrics, write PRFAQs, BRDs, and iterate on product decisions.
• Connect with customers to understand core strengths and weaknesses.
• Synthesize feedback and industry knowledge with business and service data to create strategies and test hypotheses.
• Use code, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams to understand problems and communicate solutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience with consumer facing products.
• Experience in GUI/VUI consumer experience creation.
• Experience in interactive device development.
• Experience in managing 3P partner relationships.
• Highly analytical and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality, simple products and applications.
