In this position, you will focus on reinventing the user interface (UI) and customer experience (CX) for personalization settings, such as Profile Pages and About Me sections. You will be responsible for driving clarity from ambiguity, establishing a clear vision and strategy for customer scenarios, and managing mechanisms that ensure high-quality product delivery at speed and scale. Your role will involve representing the voice of the customer through extensive research, both internal and external, to align product features with customer needs. As a horizontal product manager, you will work across multiple delivery organizations within a functional product team, playing a central role in delivering a Generative AI-based service that meets high-quality standards. You will engage deeply with engineering, applied science, and UX/design teams to advance the state of the art in personalization technology. Your success will be measured by customer satisfaction, and you will be expected to drive adoption, engagement, and experimentation of your products. This role requires a proactive approach to cut through ambiguity, apply effective mechanisms, and deliver clear requirements while maintaining close communication with senior leadership on progress.
