As a horizontal product role, you will span multiple delivery organizations within a functional product team, central to delivering a Generative AI-based service. The right candidate will understand how to engage with science and engineering teams to deliver foundational technologies and customer experiences that meet high-quality standards. You will own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction as the ultimate measure of success, and will be expected to update senior leadership on progress weekly. This position requires a scrappy approach to navigate high velocity and ambiguity, ensuring that the team remains focused and effective in delivering bar-raising personalized customer experiences.
