Your role will involve representing the voice of the customer through extensive research and mapping customer needs to product features. You will work closely with engineering, applied science, and UX/design teams to advance the state of the art in personalization technology. This horizontal product role spans multiple delivery organizations, making it essential for you to engage deeply with various teams to deliver high-quality, Generative AI-based services.
