About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Technical at Amazon Digital Advertising is responsible for leading the vision and development of marketing measurement services within Amazon's advertising platform. This role focuses on creating innovative tools that enhance the effectiveness of Amazon's digital marketing programs, ensuring they can predict and measure key performance indicators (KPIs). The position requires collaboration with product and engineering teams to define strategies, roadmaps, and user requirements, while also influencing senior leadership and driving product innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Establish an industry-leading product vision, and evangelize to senior leadership.
  • Develop a roadmap and feature prioritization for building marketing tools within Amazon's proprietary advertising platform.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Amazon to identify opportunities for delivering on our strategic objectives.
  • Define user stories and product requirements; while contributing to the technical design of new product features.
  • Influence and collaborate with multiple engineering and science teams to deliver against aggressive roadmaps, execute technical programs, plan product launches, and develop process improvements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to extend products beyond internal marketing to benefit the broader Ads Flywheel.
  • Be a thought-leader that identifies trends in the industry and anticipates the need for future product innovation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
