About the position

Amazon's mission is to be the world's most customer-centric company, and our Homepage is how millions of customers begin their interactions with Amazon every day. We are a global team that starts with the customer and works backwards in order to build great customer experiences across all devices (mobile app, mobile web, desktop, and tablet). Our team is looking for a customer obsessed, data driven, and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager, Technical to help us launch new, highly impactful features on the Amazon Homepage and ensure it is driving the best outcomes for customers and Amazon. This will be a high visibility role that will invent, lead, and influence many important areas of our product roadmap across internal and key partner teams. In this role, you will work with internal and partner teams to build an LLM-driven system to automate quality checks before content is seen by millions of Amazon customers. You will ensure we are measuring, reporting on, and providing data to partners on content quality across the entire Homepage experience. Additionally, you will launch new UX and features on and in support of the Homepage to help millions of daily customers get inspired, find what they need, pick up where they left off, and get personalized recommendations and content. Connecting product ideation with an execution plan to drive both short and long-term value for customers and internal stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. A successful candidate will demonstrate customer obsession and ownership to lead multiple cross-functional, customer- and internal-facing initiatives; insist on high standards for the experience we deliver on the Homepage; and have a demonstrated strong judgment on complex product decisions. This will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
