About the position

The Sr. Product Manager-Technical for AWS Partner Integrations Engineering is a pivotal role responsible for defining and building the future of partner and buyer connectors. This position involves end-to-end ownership of product management across various connector offerings, including those integrating with AWS Marketplace and AWS Partner Central services. The successful candidate will develop product roadmaps, manage feature prioritization, and engage with customers to enhance their experience, all while collaborating with agile teams and AWS leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead product requirements, define features, and collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers to deliver those features, including leading go-to-market strategies.
• Develop a strategy and roadmap to drive a long-term plan for how sellers and buyers purchase, sell, and manage entitlements to software, data, and services across AWS Marketplace.
• Unlock opportunities to streamline the procurement process for customers.
• Communicate effectively to all levels within the company, both in writing and in meetings.
• Engage new and existing buyers, sellers, channel partners, and internal AWS service teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements

• BS degree
• Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.

Nice-to-haves
