About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Technical for Amazon's Consumer Electronics team is responsible for shaping and delivering the future of the product protection shopping experience on Amazon.com. This role focuses on identifying and executing a roadmap of opportunities to enhance customer engagement with protection plans, aiming to create a best-in-class shopping experience. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong emphasis on customer obsession, analytical skills, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer insights and understanding of product protection and basket building experiences.
• Creating a vision and prioritizing opportunities to improve the product protection shopping and discovery experience.
• Building business requirements for products and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure delivery to those requirements.
• Testing and iterating on products to ensure product success and defining follow-on features using business and adoption metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
