About the position

The Sr Product Manager- Technical for Inventory Defects and Reimbursements at Amazon is responsible for enhancing seller experience and minimizing unnecessary seller contacts within the fulfillment supply chain. Responsibilities

• Improve seller experience and reduce unnecessary seller contacts.
• Utilize AI and ML to drive insights and recommendations to sellers to reduce their returns.
• Develop features that enhance the accuracy of systems and the experience of selling partners.
• Own technical solutions for customer returns cases to Support Operations.
• Automate workflows within the returns space.
• Partner with engineering teams to design feature experiences using advanced technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
• Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.

• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Technical fluency and comfort discussing technology concepts with technical team members.
• SQL and Data Analysis experience.
