About the position

The Sr. Product Manager - Technical for Selling Partner Trust & Compliance at Amazon is responsible for leading innovation and building trust with sellers by launching new products and measuring progress. This role requires a strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to solve complex problems while collaborating with various teams globally. The position offers significant ownership and impact on the customer experience and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal customers to understand their use cases and existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with partner engineering teams to drive product roadmaps for compliance and safety.
  • Address bottlenecks, provide customer input, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.
  • Partner with multiple tech and product teams across various locations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Clarify and drive project commitments and establish clear chains of accountability.
  • Query and analyze data to derive insightful findings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
