About the position

As a Senior Product Manager in the Financial Services team at PayPal, you will be responsible for strategically designing and scaling new capabilities for our consumer financial services products. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and execute a product roadmap, leveraging data to identify growth opportunities, and balancing customer needs with business requirements. You will lead initiatives that impact millions of consumers daily, ensuring that our products are simple, personalized, and secure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences.
• Understand PayPal's strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domain.
• Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features.
• Identify, design, experiment, and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product.
• Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making.

Requirements

• 8+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products.
• Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments.
• Deep empathy and appreciation for customer needs.
• Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
• Strong sense of visual design and detail.
• Experience in Payments, Banking, or Consumer Financial Services is a plus.
