You will collaborate closely with UX Designers, Engineers, and Vendors, leveraging your technical expertise and customer-centric approach to make strategic decisions that enhance our service delivery. In this role, you will take full ownership of the product lifecycle for complex and high-impact consumer devices and network services. Engaging in user research and data analysis will inform your product direction and innovation. You will work with key business partners and team members to enhance product strategies and customer experiences, driving hypothesis-based testing and agile methodologies to refine product offerings and ensure market competitiveness. Effective communication with all levels within the organization will be essential, as you advocate for the product and influence key decisions. Your collaboration with internal engineering teams and device/OS OEMs will shape the consumer device experience in T-Mobile's expanded coverage, including our Satellite network. Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the product lifecycle for complex and high-impact consumer devices and network services.
  • Engage in user research and data analysis to inform product direction and innovation.
  • Collaborate with key business partners and team members to enhance product strategies and customer experiences.
  • Drive hypothesis-based testing and agile methodologies to refine product offerings and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, advocating for the product and influencing key decisions.
  • Collaborate with key business partners, internal engineering teams, and device/OS OEMs to shape the consumer device experience in T-Mobile's expanded coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience in hands-on technical writing, production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company/application/product environment.
  • 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
  • Advanced level understanding of customer experience.
  • Shown success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies across multiple teams.
  • Strong requirements elicitation and professional writing skills, including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
  • Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly to a variety of audiences.
