About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Toner Press Solutions at Fujifilm will oversee the entire product lifecycle for toner digital print solutions, driving business growth and managing the implementation of new and existing products. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product success in the market, leveraging a strong blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company goals and market trends for the North American market.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate product launches including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
• Define and track product performance vs. budget and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of training content for their product(s).
• Provide clear direction and guidance regarding expectations, policies, procedures, and business workflows.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.S. degree
• Minimum of 10 years in Product Management, Business Development, or similar roles preferably in the Graphic Arts Industry
• Knowledge of some or all Graphics key segments - Commercial, Sign & Display, Labels, and Packaging
• Experience managing & leading a team
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of conducting effective customer/user interviews
• Strong operational & project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive product decisions.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Salesforce, project management tools (e.g., Inspire Planner), and Showpad
