About the position

The Sr. Product Manager for WellNow will play a critical role in enhancing the digital patient experience by driving new product development and managing the product lifecycle. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define product vision and strategy, ensuring a world-class experience for customers and providers at every touchpoint. The role emphasizes agile product management, accountability for product success, and a strong focus on customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the digital patient experience for WellNow.
  • Act as the 'voice of the customer' and 'voice of the user' to provide a business perspective on the product roadmap and backlog.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align on a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Identify and assess opportunities against business goals and prioritize them with stakeholders.
  • Translate the product roadmap into a product backlog and lead teams using agile methodology.
  • Work with business stakeholders on defining requirements and collaborate with UX and Technology teams.
  • Lead short feedback cycles with the Sr. Product Manager acting as the voice of the business.
  • Understand product strategy for the digital and marketing portfolio and complete market analysis and business cases.
  • Manage the product through its entire development cycle, focusing on details and the big picture.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute on product management across various departments.
  • Analyze and develop differentiation against key competitors by understanding market landscape and customer needs.
  • Gather requirements from internal and external customers and assist marketing with customer presentations as the product expert.
  • Support RFI/RFP boilerplates, training, tools, collateral, and knowledge bases.
  • Align and prioritize long-term strategy and short-term roadmaps with all internal departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Customer and UX-focused product management experience, ideally in digital customer or patient touch points.
  • Demonstrated success in executing and directing product management activities in multiple areas.
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and iterating on consumer experiences using digital platforms in healthcare, retail, or banking industries.
  • Technical and operations acumen to understand data implications on user experience.
  • Expertise in a metrics and data-driven environment.
  • Proven skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
  • Ability to be self-directed in solving business issues in the product area.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong inclination towards action, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.
  • Creativity in managing diverse customers and shifting priorities for product development.
  • Passionate advocate for customers and user experience.
  • Ability to learn multiple functional areas of business and become a subject matter expert.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 + bonus opportunity.
