About the position

The Senior eCommerce Product Manager of Compliance and Accounts Payable at McKesson is responsible for enhancing the customer experience related to regulatory compliance and the Accounts Payable module of the McKesson Connect eCommerce platform. This role involves managing the product roadmap, defining enhancements, and ensuring that the platform meets both customer needs and regulatory requirements. The position requires collaboration with various internal teams to deliver value and maintain compliance in a high-volume transactional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a strategic product roadmap that achieves business objectives and customer value.
  • Own the product for Compliance & Regulatory requirements such as Controlled Substances Ordering System (CSOS) and online user agreements.
  • Manage the Accounts Payable module of McKesson Connect.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
  • Work with sales leadership to optimize the value of the solution set for sales and account management.
  • Identify trends with support personnel and feed prioritization detail back into product development.
  • Stay informed about competitive content strategies in healthcare distribution and analogous industries.
  • Craft communications for sales and customers regarding product offerings and development efforts.
  • Develop marketing and training plans to enhance product visibility and value.
  • Measure utilization, effectiveness, and value to customers and McKesson.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of digital product management experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Experience in matrixed organizations with effective product development operations.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate needs into a product roadmap.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to partner cross-functionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills to articulate product value to customers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of product management lifecycle and processes, including discovery and implementation.
  • Demonstrated success in product management, strategy, or business integration roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong knowledge and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Miro, etc.).
  • Experience in a B2B pharmacy/healthcare space.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce software solutions.
  • Knowledge of compliance or regulatory-related experiences.
