About the position

As Knotch's Senior Product Manager, you will lead product development in a dynamic environment, transforming high-level requirements into actionable plans. This role requires a hands-on approach to execution, analytical skills, and effective communication to understand customer needs and enhance platform capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer, as well as the Head of Product, to drive the product roadmap and development process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap outlining strategic direction and prioritization of key initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define detailed product requirements and conduct user research.
• Act as a product owner in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for successful product launches.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure product performance and inform product decisions.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new features or enhancements.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in data analytics or content/website analytics/CMS as a Senior Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience managing complex technical projects in short-term sprints and budgets.
• Ability to create and maintain strategic product roadmaps.
• Experience in gaining buy-in without 'design by committee'.
• Full ownership of projects and efficient execution from start to finish.
• Experience in fast-paced, remote tech environments.
• Prior startup experience and/or engineering background.
• Experience working with AI or marketing/testing/workflow tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with user research and customer engagement techniques.
