About the position

The Senior Product Manager role at Omnicell is a pivotal position within the EnlivenHealth Division, focusing on the ideation and execution of critical product areas that integrate cloud/SaaS solutions with healthcare and pharmacy automation. This remote position requires a strategic leader who can translate market insights into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring successful delivery and collaboration across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with product peers to prioritize problems, make trade-off decisions, and translate priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own the successful delivery of the product roadmap and co-own the success of overall products.
• Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Build effective relationships with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop communications material, value propositions, and strategic justifications for the product.
• Gather and understand customer feedback on existing and developing products through effective interviews.
• Communicate the product vision, value proposition, and release goals to the cross-functional team during the release planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years of product management experience, including hands-on experience driving the full product development life cycle.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud/SaaS products.

Nice-to-haves

• Product management experience within the Healthcare industry (e.g., Pharmacy, health plans, or healthcare technology)
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS products that involve connected devices (mix of software and hardware).
