About the position

Confiant is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of security and AI-driven products aimed at combating malvertising. This role involves gathering market feedback, identifying new product opportunities, and collaborating across various departments to bring innovative products to market. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute the product roadmap, contributing to the company's mission of enhancing digital ad security.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify emerging trends, user needs, and new product opportunities.
  • Deeply understand customers' needs, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, manage development backlogs, and provide design guidance through wireframes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive launch plan, including setting timelines and managing resources.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
  • Define and measure product success metrics for new features and ensure value delivery to customers.
  • Inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and act as the product advocate.
  • Work closely with Engineering to understand the technical implications of product decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience within product management.
  • 3+ years of experience in the AdTech industry with a solid understanding of programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in Security, Trust and Safety, and/or Brand Safety.
  • Experience in ML/AI and classification.
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven track record of managing products through their full lifecycle, from conception to launch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and understand market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and innovate within the AdTech space.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at an SSP, DSP, or vendor within the AdTech space.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic mindset coupled with the ability to execute rapidly.
