About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Health Services (AHS) is responsible for leading the go-to-market strategy to drive adoption and engagement across various AHS businesses, including One Medical and Amazon Pharmacy. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies based on customer behavior analysis, retention program management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences in healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing and go-to-market strategy for Amazon Health Services.
  • Manage prioritization and tradeoffs across multiple strategic marketing programs, establishing streamlined business processes to drive AHS adoption and engagement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the overall strategy to meet customer adoption and financial goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with external and internal stakeholders for marketing program management.
  • Define experimental frameworks and develop new scalable marketing programs with measurable incremental business impact.
  • Analyze marketing program funnel metrics to measure customer response and improve business performance metrics.
  • Represent the voice of customers/partners to influence roadmap priorities and product improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive innovative marketing programs that increase brand and product awareness across Amazon.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders about program performance.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, program management, product management, or partner management.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with Product, Legal, Finance, and International Marketing teams.
  • Ability to develop marketing relationships with key app developers' marketing and product teams.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel for statistical analysis in online marketing programs.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a willingness to execute independently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • SQL skills are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field.

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA or master's degree in economics, marketing, finance, or related fields.
  • Deep analytical abilities for experimental design and analysis.
  • Experience in statistical analysis for online marketing channel improvement.
  • History of defining and executing marketing strategies.
  • Track record of developing lifecycle management and engagement programs.
  • Technical competency and ability to learn new products.
