About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for AI Services at Lenovo is a pivotal role that partners with the SSG AI Center of Excellence and Technology and Solutions Delivery teams. This position is responsible for driving product marketing direction, messaging strategy, and portfolio marketing for technical and AI solutions. The manager will bring AI advisory services to market, develop marketing content, create awareness, and manage marketing programs throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop offering marketing strategy and plans for the AI advisory portfolio.
• Drive product positioning strategy for new and existing solutions, services, and capabilities.
• Develop and evolve compelling narratives and value propositions.
• Manage global introduction and rollout of offerings, including launch and eventual withdrawal.
• Collaborate with product development/management on roadmap execution.
• Analyze AI advisory market trends, customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior, as well as the competitive landscape.
• Create and maintain sales content, web assets, materials, and other deliverables.
• Develop revenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Create and manage a marketing budget and agencies.
• Drive and amplify thought leadership, including global readiness survey IP.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B product marketing experience in the technology sector.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing the marketing and positioning of AI or emerging technologies solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in the managed services industry.
• Experience launching and managing offerings through the lifecycle.
