About the position

The Sr Product Marketing Manager for Amazon Pay is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring impactful marketing and sales content that connects merchant-facing teams with customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the product, business customer segments, and the ability to translate data into a cohesive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will create foundational marketing assets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to enhance messaging and content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a scalable product messaging framework with relevant segments and regional angles.
  • Collaborate with Product and Regional Leadership and Marketing teams to incorporate compelling selling points and make relevant regional adjustments.
  • Identify and create compelling audience-focused sales and marketing collateral, playbooks, and case studies.
  • Originate new content to create compelling product marketing foundational assets for demand generation and lead nurture.
  • Drive the recruitment and development of case studies and identify first- and third-party research to reinforce the benefits of Amazon Pay.
  • Design, track, and report on metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement content.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

  • Comfortable with ambiguity - able to establish strategic direction and execute effectively in a global, matrixed organization
