About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for B2B Payments & Lending at Amazon is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the Small Business Credit Card program. This role involves planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and promoting long-term growth for Amazon's business customers. The position requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in developing acquisition marketing programs and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer acquisition and offer incentive strategies
  • Develop marketing campaigns that support small business credit card projects, including website, email, and digital advertising
  • Work closely with marketing, product, program partners, and data science teams on go-to-market strategy, campaign development, and implementation
  • Create and execute demand and lead generation programs
  • Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to leadership

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
