About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Brand Marketing at Amazon.com Services LLC is a pivotal role aimed at enhancing the customer experience within the Amazon Store while assisting Brand Owners in building better brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the communication vision for brand building and translating this vision into a durable roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives. In this role, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager will dive deep into data and customer insights to identify pain points faced by brands and customers alike. The individual will develop a comprehensive vision and roadmap for channel strategy and automation, exploring opportunities to scale brand communications across various internal channels. Collaboration is key, as this leader will work closely with development teams to create business requirements for new features that enhance channel performance. The position also involves establishing and managing relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization to deliver a consistent customer experience. The Sr. Product Marketing Manager will define and deliver key performance metrics, ensuring timely execution of initiatives and effectively communicating progress to senior leadership through regular business reviews. The dynamic nature of this role requires a strong bias for action and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Dive deep into data and customer research to uncover pain points that brands and customers face.
  • Develop the vision and roadmap for channel strategy and channel automation.
  • Explore and propose opportunities to scale brand communications and actions across internal channels.
  • Partner with development on creation of business requirements for new features and mechanisms that will improve channel performance.
  • Define and deliver key metrics and goals, ensure on-time execution, and communicate status to senior leadership through regular business reviews.
  • Establish and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, identify and pursue collaboration opportunities across the organization to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Demonstrate strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
