About the position

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Channel Product Marketing Manager who will play a crucial role in scaling and enabling our channel through the development of impactful marketing deliverables. This position is designed for someone who understands the transformative role of agility in helping large organizations innovate and improve their work environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives that enhance awareness and accelerate the adoption of our Strategy & Planning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the principles of agility-at-scale and a proven track record in creating and managing go-to-market strategies for critical business areas. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with channel partners to help them grow their businesses and achieve their goals. In this role, you will create and drive the channel go-to-market (GTM) strategy aimed at helping partners engage enterprise organizations effectively. You will collaborate with various teams, including design, creative campaigns, content marketing, and channel teams, to develop campaigns and programs that expand the business for Jira Align. Additionally, you will be responsible for crafting messaging and value propositions that highlight the significance of our enterprise strategy and planning solutions to channel partners and their customers. Your ability to simplify complex technology and inspire action through storytelling will be key to your success in this position. You will also work with Channel Marketing and Channel Management to identify, design, and implement innovative co-marketing tactics that drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Create and drive the channel GTM strategy to help partners target and engage enterprise organizations.
  • Partner with design, creative campaigns, content marketing, and channel teams to create campaigns and programs for Jira Align.
  • Help create messaging and value pillars for the enterprise strategy and planning solution for channel partners and their customers.
  • Collaborate with Channel Marketing and Channel Management to identify, design, and implement new co-marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of product marketing and channel-related experience in B2B SaaS companies with a high-touch sales model.
  • Proven track record in messaging/positioning, creating content and collateral, and engaging with Channel Partners.
  • Ability to create and tell a story that simplifies complex technology and inspires action.
  • Understanding of Channel Partner business models and their roles in selling services with software products.
  • Experience driving enablement for field teams.
