About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Commercial Innovation at LinkedIn is responsible for driving revenue and defining go-to-market strategies across LinkedIn's B2B Talent portfolio. This role involves launching transformative commercial initiatives, collaborating with various leaders within the organization, and enhancing customer experiences. The position offers hybrid and remote work options, allowing flexibility in work location while focusing on strategic marketing efforts to optimize pricing and packaging strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support pricing and packaging strategy across core commercial programs, including new features and overall SaaS offering, globally.
  • Define and own the end-to-end GTM strategy for new commercial strategies that seek to reach new target markets (e.g., geographies, verticals, segments).
  • Develop the vision, strategy, and execution for GTM tools that enable sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with insights and data science teams to develop a deeper understanding of customer and field audiences and surface new opportunities to improve GTM efficiency.
  • Manage the planning and execution of commercial initiatives and track performance, including risk evaluation and mitigation processes to enable improvements to sales velocity and customer success.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen cross-functional partnerships to maximize scale and leverage as offerings grow.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in relevant product, marketing, sales, or business strategy roles.

Nice-to-haves

  • Product Marketing experience in a SaaS marketing or two-sided marketplace is a major plus.
  • Comfort in working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organization.
  • Proven ability to succinctly synthesize data, develop recommendations, create presentations, and break down complex structures into digestible points for diverse audiences.
  • A strategic thinker with strong business judgment and analytical skills who can problem-solve in real-time.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
  • Apply a customer-centric lens at all times to govern decision-making and evaluate trade-offs.
  • Superb organization and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and work streams at once.
