About the position

In this role, you'll join a small team of passionate product marketing experts at FICO, focusing on developing messaging frameworks and collateral that resonate with the customer lifecycle in retail banking. The position involves working on multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating compelling content that addresses client challenges and showcases FICO's solutions.

Responsibilities

• Development of messaging frameworks for defined customer lifecycle use cases such as customer management, hyper-personalization, and collections and recovery.
• Creation of a wide range of collateral to support marketing and sales, including whitepapers, e-books, blogs, and infographics.
• Management of research projects to provide unique insights for FICO's solution-specific messaging.
• Support for internal and external events, including FICO's flagship FICO World event.
• Engagement with analysts for customer lifecycle solutions.
• Ensuring all messaging and materials are updated, on message, and compelling.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a role related to the customer lifecycle in financial services.
• Experience in product marketing, pre-sales, or a related field.
• Proven ability to produce compelling messaging that resonates at all stages of the sales funnel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through various collateral types.
• Ability to share customer-facing content produced personally and explain its impact on lead development.
• Creativity in storytelling for customer management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
