About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Customer Lifecycle Solutions at FICO is responsible for developing compelling messaging and collateral that resonates with stakeholders in the retail banking sector. This role involves working closely with a small team of product marketing experts to create frameworks and materials that support marketing and sales efforts, ultimately driving lead generation and pipeline advancement. The position requires a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle in financial services and the ability to communicate effectively across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop messaging frameworks for defined customer lifecycle use cases such as customer management, hyper-personalization, and collections and recovery.
  • Create a wide range of collateral to support marketing and sales, including whitepapers, e-books, blogs, and infographics.
  • Manage research projects to provide unique insights for FICO's solution-specific messaging.
  • Support analyst engagement for customer lifecycle solutions.
  • Ensure all messaging and materials are updated and aligned with areas of responsibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in understanding the customer lifecycle in financial services and producing related messaging.
  • Experience in product marketing, pre-sales, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to produce compelling messaging that resonates at all stages of the sales funnel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through various collateral types.
  • Ability to share customer-facing content produced personally and explain its impact on lead development.
