About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, DSP Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract high-quality leads for new Delivery Service Partner (DSP) owners. This role focuses on ensuring that the right candidates are identified and engaged to meet Amazon's delivery capacity needs, while continuously optimizing marketing tactics to improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of innovative campaigns to acquire DSP owner quality leads.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various channels, the DSP website, and the upper funnel.
  • Act as a main point of contact for the DSP Acquisition team on marketing topics.
  • Conduct ongoing customer and market research and help manage testing that optimizes each initiative and develop new ideas across channels.
  • Design the mechanisms to meet long-term business goals.
  • Define the long-term strategy and plan for DSP Acquisition Marketing.
  • Create mechanisms that ensure every party involved executes the plan in alignment with the highest standards.
  • Influence others and drive change with internal and external organizations to unblock the DSP Acquisition marketing team.
  • Define and implement data structures and processes that eliminate mistakes and ensure high-quality outputs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, product marketing, business development, or product management in ecommerce or technology businesses.
  • Proven ability to write data-driven, well-structured documents that influence key decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex sets of data, extract insights, and communicate them effectively.
  • Proven experience as a people manager, hiring and developing the best.
  • Experience in working in corporate environments.
