About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead Zoom's enterprise go-to-market strategy, focusing on centralized messaging, sales and partner enablement, and influencing pipeline health across the enterprise segment. This role is remote and does not involve direct reports, with limited travel for events and meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Owning our cross-platform positioning statement, messaging, long-form narrative, and corporate first call deck ('Why Zoom').
  • Creating compelling narratives for key launch moments at Zoom events like Zoomtopia and third-party events.
  • Developing, maintaining, and iterating on Zoom's base executive briefing content.
  • Creating and executing engaging sales enablement programs to train our distribution team on Zoom products and solutions.
  • Building buyer/audience-based solution content and discovery guides to convey benefits of Zoom.
  • Co-owning global pipeline strategy to ensure partnership in the company's success.
  • Creating and owning a quarterly release marketing strategy and program.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in marketing and sales roles, including product marketing, go-to-market, and segment marketing.
  • Proven track record of success marketing SaaS or PaaS to the Enterprise segment.
  • Working knowledge of video/phone/chat communication and industry best practices.
  • Passion for marketing to Enterprise businesses.
  • Previous success in a UCaaS, AI, or CRM product marketing or go-to-market role is a bonus.
