About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Marketing Retention & Growth at CoreLogic is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales in the mortgage industry. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective marketing materials, analyze market trends, and support lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a strong focus on customer engagement and product positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Marketing & Retention products and solutions for the mortgage industry and shape the go-to-market strategy to drive revenue.
  • Drive sales enablement across solutions by translating technical details into user benefits.
  • Support lead generation by defining and executing a successful product marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Analyze mortgage market trends to position products and messaging effectively.
  • Support the development of product marketing strategies including content, buyer journey, sales alignment, advertising messaging, and product launches.
  • Generate marketing materials utilizing messaging from product leadership across various marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, customer relations, product, sales) to implement marketing strategies.
  • Test and refine marketing messaging and strategies based on sales metrics and feedback.
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and customer feedback.
  • Engage with customers to gather testimonials and develop case studies to showcase customer successes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience
  • B2B product marketing experience
  • Excellent oral, written, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Strong desire to learn and be inquisitive
  • Skilled and confident content creator for various channels
  • Knowledge and experience in the financial tech and/or mortgage industry preferred.
