About the position

The Sr Product Marketing Manager for Monetization within the TMT-Creator Growth team at Amazon is responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for the Creator Connections product. This role focuses on enhancing brand partnerships and creator monetization through innovative marketing initiatives, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. The manager will lead the full lifecycle of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs while fostering a strong community among creators and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute full scope marketing plans to engage brand partners, including emails, push notifications, social media, and webinars.
  • Collect business and systems requirements/feedback from internal stakeholders and partners, write project plans, and drive project schedules from development to release.
  • Develop mechanisms to capture ongoing feedback from brand partners and synthesize this feedback to inform organizational priorities for quarterly roadmaps and sprint planning.
  • Lead monthly sessions with brand partners to seek insights and feedback on Creator Connections and understand emerging pain points.
  • Own the brand-facing educational content for Creator Connections, ensuring communication is streamlined and up to date.
  • Manage the program onboarding process, including partnership with the Fame and Love team to maintain eligibility criteria for the program and benefits.
  • Manage the Creator Connections internal wiki, ensuring all internal contact information and SOPs are accurate and up to date.
  • Grow engagement with global partners, soliciting feedback on offerings and supporting scaling marketing initiatives internationally.
  • Input into senior leader-level documents including quarterly business reviews and annual planning documents.
  • Encourage a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration across Creator Connections program initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Effective communicator able to run meetings with global, cross-functional stakeholders.
