About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Outbound Marketing, Seller Recruitment & Success at Amazon is responsible for developing and executing outbound communication strategies, primarily through email marketing, to enhance the seller experience. This role focuses on driving the strategic development of campaigns that support third-party sellers, ensuring they are aware of opportunities to sell on Amazon and helping them succeed through effective communication and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder relationships (e.g. Sales, Product, Tech) to define business requirements, achieve goal alignment and drive adoption
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement at the campaign and program level to drive ROI
  • Establish governance and conduct regular audits to ensure all automated emails follow best practices and are compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations, data privacy policies, Amazon legal policies
  • Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes to track relevant KPI's
  • Deliver recurring business reviews and key insights to stakeholders to inform optimizations and program roadmap

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong B2B email marketing automation experience (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua)
