About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of product management from concept to launch within the ovens category. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing consumer insights, and managing product development projects to ensure successful product launches that meet market needs. The position requires a strong focus on consumer advocacy, project management, and the ability to navigate complex product categories while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic input to product management and execute product launches from concept to market.
  • Create project plans and roadmaps based on consumer insights and market needs.
  • Guide market research initiatives to inform product development.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Compile consumer knowledge into product requirements and specifications.
  • Steer product development projects, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
  • Manage the launch toolkit assets in collaboration with marketing teams.
  • Analyze marketing trends to inform product development decisions.
  • Report project progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Engage in public speaking and represent the company at trade shows and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing (required).
  • Master's degree in business administration or marketing (preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in category management, product management, or related fields (required).
  • 10+ years of experience in category management, product management, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  • In-depth knowledge of product development processes and market dynamics.
  • Experience in defining and developing new products.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage projects effectively.
