About the position

The Sr Product Marketing Manager for Processor IP at Synopsys is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and awareness for processor IP products, including RISC-V CPU, NPU, and DSP. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the processor IP market, capable of translating complex technical concepts into compelling messaging. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance market presence and support successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive demand, awareness, and perception for processor IP products.
• Building detailed personas based on market understanding to drive impactful marketing programs.
• Creating differentiated, value-based product positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Leading content creation across various platforms including web, e-marketing, presentations, press releases, webinars, and videos.
• Using knowledge of the competitive processor IP landscape to inform marketing tactics.
• Collaborating with stakeholders including product management, sales, digital marketing, PR, and brand teams to support go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a processor-related role.
• Understanding of processor IP technology, market, and ecosystem.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts and translate them into customer-focused communications.
• Data-driven, measured, and results-focused approach.
• Experience in developing product marketing plans, positioning, and messaging.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• B.S. degree in electrical/computer engineering is preferred.
