About the position

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at JAGGAER will be instrumental in driving the success of the JAGGAER One solution suite across key verticals such as manufacturing, higher education, and the public sector. This role involves becoming a subject matter expert in Supplier Collaboration and Supplier Management, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and leveraging market intelligence to achieve growth goals. The position requires a proactive and collaborative approach, with a focus on customer-centric messaging and product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the JAGGAER One solution suite.
  • Become a subject matter expert for Supplier Collaboration and Supplier Management.
  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase customer success stories and differentiate JAGGAER's solutions from competitors.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales leadership, and marketing teams to drive market readiness.
  • Plan and manage product launches and enhancements, ensuring cross-functional implementation.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for assigned products, including public speaking and written works.
  • Interact with customers to understand their pain points and document the business benefits realized from JAGGAER solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing.
  • Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Source-to-Pay, and Supply Chain technologies preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong planning, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an agile environment.
  • Excellent people and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with JAGGAER's product portfolio and Source-to-Pay solutions.
  • Experience building strategic and creative elements that support GTM activities.
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification.
