About the position

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at First American Financial Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in defining, promoting, and communicating the strategic marketing roadmap for both current and future products. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that prioritizes its people. You will actively lead day-to-day decisions and activities related to the product marketing roadmap, including setting priorities, conducting competitive assessments, and developing product positioning and customer messaging specifically for lender and servicer-related products. Your collaboration with product management, sales, internal stakeholders, and customers will be crucial in understanding customer needs, buyer personas, and emerging marketing opportunities. This understanding will enable you to articulate competitive advantages and create messaging that increases market awareness, product adoption, and revenue. In this role, you will be a customer advocate, focusing on understanding customer needs, pain points, and opportunities. You will develop impactful positioning and customer messaging that reflects these insights. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing the product marketing roadmap based on market opportunities and organizational priorities. This includes producing product collateral such as presentations, product sheets, FAQs, white papers, videos, and blog posts that articulate the benefits and value propositions of the company's product lines, incorporating feedback from both the Voice of the Customer and the Voice of Sales. Additionally, you will define the value proposition, messaging, and product differentiation, partnering with the marketing team to execute both digital and traditional marketing strategies. You will gather, analyze, and summarize campaign results, making recommendations for future strategies based on these insights. Overseeing go-to-market planning and execution for successful product launches and key initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. You will develop processes to understand customer use cases, package those insights, and promote them in a way that drives customer adoption. As a subject matter expert on the competitive landscape, you will gain an understanding of similar products to identify gaps, assess competitive threats, and develop sales tools to help clients overcome their objectives. Your role will also involve driving the ongoing advancement and planning of the product marketing roadmap by collaborating with sales, internal stakeholders, marketing, development, and individual clients.
