About the position

The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Security at AWS is responsible for developing targeted messaging and marketing strategies that highlight how AWS services facilitate secure digital transformations for customers. This role involves creating compelling content and campaigns to educate customers on the value of AWS's security offerings, collaborating with various teams to drive engagement and adoption of AWS services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop audience-specific security messaging, marketing content, and go-to-market materials
  • Develop detailed campaign project plans, creative briefs, and digital strategies, including campaign goals, messaging, calls to action, segmentation strategy, adoption campaigns, marketing distribution channels, success metrics, and campaign schedule
  • Define business metrics, measurement plan, and testing plan for related campaigns
  • Work effectively across AWS with groups such as product, digital marketing, sales, business development, and evangelists to achieve business goals

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with customer segmentation
  • MBA and/or computer science, engineering, technology background
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing for security products
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure marketing
